All our services are on a “first-come-first-served” reservation basis.
Registration to any activity, such as day trips, cabin rentals, aurora hunting or special tours has to be made in writing.

As we cater to smaller groups, we encourage to book as early as possible.
If you are traveling solo, it is possible that we may have a tour booked which you may join. It is worth contacting us to check.
All services have to be paid in advance, unless otherwise arranged.
Payments can be made in cash, by cheque or direct banking. Other online payment processing providers may be accepted.
All rates are in CAN$ and subject to 5% GST.
Cancellations by the customer must be received in writing. Cancellation fees are based on a percentage of the total invoice and based on the date cancellation is received in our office.
The following cancellation fees arise:
50 % of trip total when cancelled between 30 and 15 days prior to arrangement
75 % of trip total when cancelled between 14 and 8 days prior to arrangement
100 % of trip total when cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrangement
Risk & Liability
We strongly suggest you consider travel insurance, such as trip cancellation, medical insurance and/or evacuation insurance.
We choose our suppliers (e.g. hotels, operators, local attractions, etc. ) with great care. These suppliers are, however, independent contractors and we cannot be held responsible or liable for their acts or omissions.
With any activities of other providers clients will often have to sign a Waiver of Liability.
Black Bear Wilderness Adventures Inc. can also not be held liable for changes in tour itineraries due to weather conditions, acts of God or special conditions beyond our control.
It is important to us to know how you heard about our company and services.
